Don't forget to volunteer for the 2023 Baystate Marathon, Half Marathon and Relay which will be held on Sunday, October 15th.   If you can’t volunteer on marathon Sunday, we have other opportunities to volunteer. Here's some areas where we still need your help (see the link below for more details and to sign up): We need volunteers to help clean up the course on Saturday, Oct 7 We also people to help put out the "Baystate Marathon on Sunday" signs on Sunday, Oct 8. And then on Oct 15 after the marathon, we need help taking down the signs. Our September Club Meeting is a week from Monday on September 25 at 7pm at Princeton Station.  Our guest speaker, Elizabeth Miller, will be presenting about Thai Yoga. Thai Yoga improves an athlete's performance and reduces the risk of injuries. Thai Yoga is a form of Eastern Massage and includes facilitated stretching and acupressure massage.  She will provide a demonstration of Thai Yoga and will need a volunteer or two. Please respond to this email if you would like to help with the demonstration at the meeting.  Sept. 30: Tyngsborough Health and Safety Fair GLRR will have a table at the Tyngsborough Health and Safety Fair on Saturday September 30 from 11am-2pm.
