2025 Ben and Pat Fudge Memorial Scholarship Application

Greater Lowell is happy to announce a new annual scholarship, the Ben and Pat Fudge Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Ben and Pat’s children, Dave and Kim, along with John Morrison, thought it would be a wonderful idea to set up a scholarship fund with the Greater Lowell Road Runners to honor Ben and Pat Fudge. Ben was a huge part of the Tewksbury running community. His legacy lives on with the weekly Fudgcicle Runs held in January and February.

The scholarship is intended for a Tewksbury Memorial High School (TMHS) senior continuing to college. The applicant should have a strong running base and a commitment to their community.

Please type in all of your answers/info below and submit it with any supporting documentation required (A complete application includes answering all required questions and attaching all references, transcripts, and student essays).

This application is intended to provide an assessment of a TMHS student’s overall high school experience. After all the applications have been reviewed, they will be evaluated by a panel of GLRR volunteers.

The deadline for submitting applications is Saturday, April 19 at midnight.

The scholarship will be awarded to the selected recipient at our May Club meeting on Monday, May 19 at Princeton Station in N. Chelmsford.
