Hope this email finds you enjoying the end of summer.  We will meet at 7pm on Monday, August 26th for our monthly club meeting. At the end of the meeting, we are going to have slide show which will feature "THE GOOD, THE BAD and THE UGLY of Summer 2024 Running". If you have a photo that fits one these categories, please send it to Karina who will be compling our show. Deadline is Friday, August 23rd to give her enough time.    Also, We are looking for a few volunteers to staff a table at Tyngsborough's Fall Health and Safety Day on Saturday, Sept. 21st. Volunteer for Baystate and Baystate Course Preview

Don't forget to sign up to volunteer for the 2024 Baystate Marathon and the Baystate Course Preview.   Baystate Marathon is Sunday, October 20th. The success of Baystate is directly related to you as a volunteer.  Go to this link to sign up for these critical volunteer positions.  All the volunteer spots are now available for you to sign up.  Of course, we need really need Course Monitors, but every volunteer spot is important.   The Baystate Course Preview will be on Sunday, September 29th.  We still need pacers  as well as bike "sweepers" for the course preview. We're looking for volunteers who are familiar with the Baystate course to lead runners through 16 miles of the full marathon and 6 miles of the half marathon.  Please sign up for the pace you can run.…
