This email contains lots of exciting racing information for you along with info about the GLRR Hall of Fame dinner!!   First off, the next race in the USATF-NE Road Grand Prix is the Frank Nealon Boston Tune-Up 15K to be held on April 1 in Upton, MA.  Remember, once you pay the one-time fee of $60, you get to run this race and all the rest of the Grand Prix races for free!!  Of course, you need to be a paid-up member of GLRR and USATF.   We currently have 56 people signed up to run the 15K as part of our GLRR team. Each year, the GLRR Hall Of Fame Committee meets in February (well early March this year) to consider worthy candidates for induction into the Greater Lowell Road Runners Hall of Fame (HOF).  The Hall of Fame dinner is every April.  The process is two-part, first the nominations and second the discussion and voting.    The nomination process is open to all members of the Club, as well as the HOF committee.  When the committee meets, they go through each name of nominees and discuss each candidate. You can make your nominations here: https://www.glrr.net/glrr-hall-of-fame-nominations/   Please make your nominations by Friday February 17th.   The one area in which we differ from other halls of fame, is that we don't really have "stats" like most other sports do.
