This is the USATF 10K National Masters Championship at the James Joyce Ramble in Dedham
This race is for GLRR/USATF Masters runners. You must be a member of both GLRR and USATF and 40+. Do not register yourself - Glenn will register the team through the USATF interface.
Non-Masters Runners are welcome to register (and pay) on their own. It is a great race.

Are you ready for the 1st Annual GLRR Chili Crockpot Cookoff?! It will be happening after the group run on Seis de Mayo (5/6/17). We need chili and margaritas! So, dust off your crockpot or shaker, and use Grandma's secret recipe. There is a prize for the best chili!!

We need to support this local race and make it successful!
This is one of the "official" GLRR volunteer opportunities. So take advantage of that to give back. If you don't want to volunteer, then run.
It's an afternoon race - if so inclined you can run a morning race and then volunteer or run here.
